The gift of photographs, along with Weston Thompson’s archives, provide an unparalleled look into the work of this significant artist as well as that of some of the most important photographers of the 20th century, including Edward Weston and Ansel Adams. As assistant to both of them, Weston Thompson had unique access into the work and thoughts of these art history-changing artists.
