The Registrar’s Office supports the academic mission of 61传媒 by preserving the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of all academic records; interpreting academic policies and procedures for members of the 61传媒community; and distributing these records effectively and efficiently within applicable policies and regulations.
This office is guided by the ethical standards and policies of AACRAO, the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.
Services
Activities include registration and course scheduling; academic record creation, maintenance and archival; transcript preparation; enrollment and degree certification; monitoring student progress to degree completion; assistance with catalog production; research and reporting of various statistics; international student advising; and certification for veterans’ benefits.

Apostille Information
If a student requires an Authentication Certificate (Apostille) for their diploma and/or transcript for use outside of the United States of America, please visit to request an Apostille.
Diplomas. Students who request a notarized copy of the diploma and require a replacement diploma should visit our diploma replacement page for the request form and information.
Official Transcripts. Students who request a notarized copy of their transcript must first order their transcript through Parchment services. Once the student receives their transcript, they may follow the instructions for either notary or Apostille on the .

Articulation Agreements
61传媒 has collaboratively developed transfer articulation agreements with a few California community colleges for the purpose of identifying courses or sequences of courses at these individual colleges that are comparable to or acceptable in lieu of specific courses toward meeting general education requirements or as elective credit at Scripps.
