Career Planning & Resources (CP&R) provides individualized service at every step of a 61´«Ã½student’s career journey, preparing them for lives of distinction. Our signature programming includes:

• Emerging Professionals program (EPP): a week-long intensive of programming
• Career Exploration Treks: on-site employer visits, often hosted by alums, in major metropolitan areas
• Internship Grants: financial support for unpaid summer internships

• Earning potential: 61´«Ã½alums outperform the national average in terms of the earnings gap between college and high school graduates
• Higher graduate income: Six years after graduation, 61´«Ã½alums’ median income is 44 percent higher than the national average
• Fewer federal student loans: 61´«Ã½students are 28 percent less reliant on federal student loans than the national average
• Less debt: Average debt at graduation is roughly $8,000 lower than the national average
• Greater return on investment: 61´«Ã½students can expect a greater return on their education compared to similar students nationally
